BMI Tsukuba Battle - C6 Z06 vs STi S204 vs Murcielago vs R34 GTR Z-tune
#3
Z06 driver was braking too early in the first laps, held up the other cars. Nice driving by Tsuchiya as always. The R34 looked like it was hauling ass too

Yea, if you look at the lap time, the Murcielago would have owned everyone out there, with the R34 Z-tune coming in 2nd, Z06 in 3rd, while the STi in 4th. The Z06 driver was mentioning that there's quite a bit of understeering at turn-in. Anyways, I think the race itself is just for entertainment, while the lap times tell us the true performance of these awesome cars.

lol the STi driver HATES the Z06 (refer to the BMI Acura TL Type S video). If he were to be driving it, I think he might purposely make it lose!
Also the Murcielago managed a best lap of 1:04.76, that's more than 2 seconds faster than the STi, there's just no way the STi can keep up with the Lambo if only those 2 are racing each other.

They grid the cars to match each car's time attack performance. I can't read/understand Japanese but the car that usually has the best hot lap starts all the way in the back and vice versa.

Yea, BMI does it in a few ways, sometimes according to time attack, sometimes according to price, and sometimes according to hp/weight ratio. I personally like the time attack method the most.
