BG 44k and other BG products
has anyone used BG 44k or there other products, including the tranny fluid stuff or oil treatment? What products from BG would you recommend. I am very interested in this and want to get some soon but want to know what is the best combo from BG and which products benefit my car 99tl w/some mods. I have a 110k miles and want that "new car driveability" again.

You should definitely try MotorVac stuff. I had it done to my mom's camry and it runs a lot better then before.

I gave the BG line of products a shot a year or so ago, for the most part it was gimmicky and didn't do much. I stopped carrying it and have no regrets, it was over priced and often didn't really do anything.
I do highly recommend the Gumout stage 2 and stage 3 fuel injection/intake cleaners, they do make a HUGE improvement on high mileage vehicles. BG seems more like a marketing company then a company focused on making superior products. That's my

I almost always use Gumout complete fuel system cleaner, is the stage 2 and 3 better? also is the stage 2 and 3 both fuel injection and intake cleaner in one?

The stage 2(or two step cleaner) consists of a very strong additive you put in the gas tank(much stronger then what you get from a parts store) and a liquid intake cleaner that is used with a special applicator through a vacum line into the intake- typically as far upstream as possible. The stage 3(or three step cleaner) uses a less aggressive solution for the gas tank, a similar intake cleaner(again a little less aggressive then the 2 step) and it includes an aerosol can of intake cleaner that you spray into the the throttle body while lightly revving it. I prefer the 2 step because it seems to work better(and cars with MAF are no issue at all) which ever you use the car should be running HORRIBLE during this process and smoking, bucking, etc... Then you take it out and give it WOT on a quick test drive and it blows all the nasty crap out the tail pipe and the car runs like new, its amazing! I have never seen a system like this work the way the gumout does, from all of my past experiences the fuel injection cleaners were snake oil at best, that is not the case with the gumout.
