2013-2015 is 4th Gen (pre-facelift) - 2015 has the updated navi / media software if you guys plan on getting the pre-facelift.
2016 is 4.5th gen (facelift) - long/one piece mesh grill with the separate DRL led lights.
i think your GF is looking at the 2016 model and trust me, i do have the long/tall one piece mesh grill but that aggressive headlight styling sort of has my attention now.. my 2015 is all OEM except for the added TRD front lip/splitter. I am also on an air suspension setup.. specifically the Platinum VIP Phantom Air Cup kits. No air bags but like air bags but still on coilovers. haha let me know if you have more questions.. i don't mind answering.
the metallic base coat with the matte clear makes it really hard to get the right color...

I have been wondering does the air suspension have any effects on the tire wear?
I mean, i know for "normal" lowered cars, you get an alignment and it stays there. But with Air, you probably don't drive exactly at the same height all the time, so just wondering if it affects the tires.

thats good to know! I see those dudes who air out right to the ground when they park, then go up to a "normal" driving height, and I had always wondered to myself how that works or if they chew tires and get alignments monthly lol

I had my alignment done while I had the car aired up to my "driving" height which is just ever so slightly tucking tire. It hasn't gotten out of whack too far where my steering is completely off but it does need one soon since my last alignment was about 5-6 months ago.. as long as i'm driving around or near my driving height, i'll be fine..... or so i think. O_O...

forgot to update my bronze set...
Changed over to a different set that was coated Anodized Bronze... but then sold them quick so I went back on my blue wheels after finally installing my side skirts and rear lip.
VarrsToen ES2 coated in Matte Midnight Blue with added aero pieces.

Looks good! I think I personally prefer a simpler spoked wheels over the 'mesh' wheels that you had before.

Keep in mind many SUV's come with air suspension now. My 04 Touareg had factory air suspension and could be lowered to 6" ground clearance all the way up to 11.8". I drove regularly in between both extremes and iirc the wheel camber was not shifted or changed at all between those settings. But that was a factory system so maybe diff setup too.

In some cases you would have 3 presets: parked (low), ride height(middle), extra clearance (high). You can also do manual adjustments but mostly you just set your ride height preset, get alignment, and you are good to go.
I was actually looking at getting the exact same setup he is running. I remember calling platinum years ago when they first came out with the cup kit.

I was looking to purchase another car a few weeks ago and saw your thread (have not been interested in a Lexus beforehand). Ended up purchasing a 2014 GS350 Ultra Luxury package with the Mark Levinson audio. Well worth it-- saw a F Sport, but prefer the Luxury Pack/ML and I don't plan on modding... maybe wheels
