Aston Martin Infiniti G35...

From Leftlanenews...

Japanese car customizer DAMD has put together a kit for the Infiniti G35 to give it an Aston Martin-inspired grille and front fascia. It's not the first time we've seen a Japanese car transformed into an Aston. Back in July, an Australian company rebodied a Mazda MX-5 Miata to look like a vehicle from the British exotic carmaker.

DAMD's kits are less aggressive — they only provide a new grille, leaving most of the car (including headlights and taillights) untouched. Packages are available for the G35 Coupe (Skyline in Japan), Nissan 350Z, and Mazda MX-5.

looks soooooo good on an Aston, and sooooo like ass on anything else.

BustedJack 10-18-2006 01:31 PM

meh

I actually like it. Minus the emblem. I think the grille and bumper looks pretty cool.

The MX-5 works much better with this style.

Doobieman 10-18-2006 02:13 PM

the emblem has got to go

The wheels make me Puke

For some reason, that first pic resembles a Mini more-so than an Aston or even a G35 trying to resemble an Aston.

SSMTL01 10-18-2006 02:29 PM

DAMD damned that g35 :puke:

the miata is f'ing HOT!

Moog-Type-S 10-18-2006 06:59 PM

These are horrible!! :ugh:

I think the company name fits very well with their kits in the following clause.

"DAMD, the kits are so f-king ugly!!!" :pofl:

:puke:

vishnus11 10-18-2006 07:29 PM

the MX-5 and 350Z with the "kits" don't look half-bad. The philosphy behind them is stupid, but they don't look half bad. I wouldn't mind either of those cars with the kit, and without the aston badges. I'm more than comfortable with the idea of people knowing that I drive a 350ZR and MX-5 (both outstanding cars  ) instead of a fake, wannabe Aston.

THis is one of the few cases where I'd encourage someone to sue - Aston should sue the pants of "DAMD" and prevent them from using the badges.

It looks good on the MX-5, and to an extent on the Z too. But not on the G35.

naaah...the mx5 was straight...they shoulda stopped there

Crazy88 10-18-2006 08:38 PM

Thats as dumb as putting kidney grills on an Integra. :2cents:

Front looks like shit
G35 REAR > FRONT

aaronnn 10-18-2006 08:46 PM

that is so wrong. and i agree that the g35 front looks more like a Mini Cooper.

the 350Z looks like someone took a tow truck, hooked the Z on from its front bumper and just dragged it along for a long trip. that front looks too damn weird and stretched out.

Kind of reminds me of..
