Article on crashing exotics. Whats everyone else's take?

Honestly, I see very few exotics driving at high speeds or irresponsibly in this area. ....and there are plenty of exotics in the area. Most seem to drive no faster nor any sportier than the average Prius driver.
I am more concerned about teenaged kids with overboosted Civics....one of which may be my son in a few months.

In all honesty, I think anyone who can afford to buy a $200,000+ car should be required to take a driver training course if they have never taken one before. While I agree that exotic cars should be driven, I also think they should be driven by those with some level of training and should only be pushed to the limits off of public streets. Sure taking a Carrera GT to ridiculous speeds is fun, but it's even more fun if you do it on a track, where the car was designed to be driven fast.

Whenever I see exotics driving aggressively (rare) its usually at night when they can hide from the cops and other drivers. At that point
