Anyone know if the CA electric car rebate funds are depleted for 2013?
I tried searching and couldn't find much of it except a dealer told me the money is gone until next year, but another said there is still money left.

There are still plenty of funds available and applications are still being accepted.. But don't wait too long.... it's dwindling.
