I gained a whole new respect for the Equus after that video. If it had AWD I would be seriously looking at it (or a 1G genesis for that matter). Near S-Class luxury without nearly as scary of operating costs. Win-Win IMO.
I'm like a broken record here but my 1G Genesis with the Tech package is the best car I've ever owned. Its not the fastest (though it does have 290 hp), its not the prettiest (though it still looks classy even today), and it doesn't have all the modern tech in it (but it does have stuff like the power rear sunshade, adaptive headlights, USB, BT, and the 17-speaker, 528W Lexicon stereo that's still the best I've ever heard). What makes it the best can I've ever owned is the fact that I've driven it every day for 7 years and over 200k miles and the only thing I've ever had to do to it (besides oil changes) is replace a faulty O2 sensor. Its still on the original brakes!!! Obviously I'm going to have to do some serious maintenance on it soon, but I'm keeping this damn car until it dies!!
I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend ANY new Hyundai (or Kia / Genesis) to anybody looking to buy a new car today. The brand has sold me on its quality and reliability for nearly a decade now and I can't wait to get a new Hyundai that is now 10 years better than mine is!
If I was looking for that kind of car today, I would definitely go drive one and buy it if I liked it. They are really good looking cars in that they are understated but still have presence.

It alsi seems the original owners have really been taking care of them, same as the Genesis. Good for used market!
