97 RL blowing radio fuses

97 RL blowing radio fuses
My 97 RL has blown the 20 amp fuse three times in a year. the circuit is the cig lighter, radio and the dome light. nver use the lighter socket except occasionally for cell charger but no relation to any pattern of use.
leaving the radio on and using the dome, and the cig lighter does not blow the fuse.
do you think something internally wrong in the radio?
have been to the dealer twice and independent shop once. no clues.
