93 Legend Coupe TypeII 6-spd

What do you guys think about this. Good buy? Looks like to be in good condition. Selling it for $5850 with 103K miles. Thinking about offering it for $4500~5000.

looks clean. it's hard to find low mileage legends in good condition so if it looks like a good deal, i'd jump on it.

in red, too! jump on that. 103k miles is low for a legend. only thing to watch for (from what i hear) is the headgasket.

i'm debating myself if i really need a beater/fun car right now. its very rare to find TypeII 6speed with just over 100k.

if your looking for a beater i wouldnt recommend a legend. if the head gasket blows your out a couple grand. i had a 95 sedan LS it was a clean ass car, really smooth and luxurious to drive but i didnt feel like gambling with the BHG so i flipped it. just maintain it pretty good if you plan on going fast all the time. some people on the legend forums have some mean 6 speed coupes...check that forum out

i'm done with modding my TSX so i was looking for cheap beater for fun project car and came across this legned. its very tempting.. i was thinking about early s2000 for fun weekend car too. '00~'03 models became very affordable. hard decision. forking out 5 grand from savings isn't easy.

Oh and the blown headgasket issue is very easy to fix. The later C series motors (1st gen TL and RL) had different settings for the fans. Basically they run for about 10 or 15 minutes after the engine is turned off. Sounds crazy, but it works. Just alter the fan control and do your coolant changes
