Question '92 Acura Legend LS clutch problems

ok,i have 92 ls coupe 5speed,and i recently replaced the clutch, however, the cackling noise of a clutch going out has come back after only having the car back for 2 days. I was talking to previous manual transmission legend owner, and told me he always had clutch problems in each of his legends, any suggestions????

When does the noise occur? When the clutch pedal is pressed in, out, in gear. neutral, car standing still, in motion,....
