Hey, it's a fitting time for a bump!
I'm at just under 487,000.
I just got back tonight from a 5,600 mile drive coast to coast. Over the past 10 days, I drove the Legend from San Diego to New Jersey, and back to Arizona. I posted each night in my blog if anyone would like to follow the adventure. This car trucked through 17 states without skipping a beat.

Every time I see a Legend Coupe I think of this thread and your car approaching 500,000 miles.

Do you ever go to the Pavillions show on Saturday nights? I would love to see the Legend in person!

WOW! Amazing Accomplishment, and Amazing Car!
I've always loved this bodystyle. My 3 favorite Acura's are these Second Gen Legend Coupes, the 2nd Gen TL's and the Original Legend Coupe, in that order. I can only home my Accord Coupe is still going and looks as good at this kinda mileage.

Honestly, if the front bumper was cleaned up, you could probably trick me into thinking its some rare legend that was never driven. The thing is freakishly good looking for its mileage and age. Good luck with your goal.
See I was 9 when this car was brand new, so unfortunately I don't know much about the legend beyond the fact that it is one of the acura holy grails of a car and that I know one when I see one.
Again, good luck.

Way too much! Need a few days to recover, but I'm sure I'll be wanting to do it again soon.
It was very scenic! Loved the tunnels on the 70 turnpike. Cost me $12.45 to get all the way through the state.
I'm sure you will!
Nice! I think there are a lot of vehicles capable of this mileage, it's just about taking care of your car.
You got it. Driven through KC a bunch. Closest I got to you this trip was Springfield.
I live in south "Snotsdale." I used to do Pavs frequently but it's been years. PM me your contact info - I'll drop you a text if I head over there this weekend. Definitely staying in town to relax & recover!
Just for fun. My work commute is only 10 miles each way. This trip was to attend the 7th Annual National Acura Legend Meet held in Morristown, New Jersey. My car is the only one in the nation to have been to all 7 NALM's since 2005: Dallas, Tulsa, Vegas, Chattanooga, Branson, Salt Lake City, Morristown.
Glad you enjoy! Keep an eye on the blog!
Yeah the front end is definitely going in for a refresh at 500k. Actually, budget permitting, I plan to respray the whole car. Thanks again guys for your support. Will keep the thread updated as I get closer.

Well I definitely won't be going this weekend. Heading to a Mazda meet in Mesa Saturday morning so I won't make the Pavilions that night and my parents are in town next weekend. You'll probably be at 500k by the time we both get up to the show lol.

As if your girl doesn't hear it all the time, she's absolutely gorgeous. She's in excellent condition, kudos for keeping her so clean.
I love those 94-95 Legend coupes! Hopefully I will be able to pick one up sometime next year.

Fawking SWEET!!! You are a Legend among Legends my friend. Coming from a true fan boi, I am Jealous. I wish Big Cat were with me today so I could have a similar story. Too bad our story had a few too many potholes.

I rolled over 490,000 yesterday coming back into Phoenix from Utah.
Keep an eye on the blog for updates in the coming 10,000 miles!

Yeah bummer about that! I only ended up being in NJ for 2 nights and the rest of my 10-day trip was spent elsewhere on the road!
You'll get there. I think "most" new cars are built to withstand 100k, 200k, with attention to maintenance.
Thanks man! Yeah stay tuned, a couple more cross country trips and I'll be there.
Hey it looks like I'll be in town this coming weekend. Let me know if you want to rendezvous at Pavilions on Saturday for a bit.
Yes, great meeting you too! I was trying to think of your screen name so I could send you a PM but couldn't remember for the life of me. Loved seeing your DBEIGHT and getting a behind the scenes look at Acura/Honda. Hopefully they will invite us back again soon.
I sure hope so!
You should. They're still around - just be patient and find one that's been well maintained as they can be expensive to repair if mechanically or cosmetically neglected.
Thanks sir, it's an honor!

So close!
Do you plan on giving the car any gifts come 500K? Aside from a well-deserved new clutch, of course.
