A 2006 GS300 fully loaded AWD with Mark Levinson audio, navigation, etc.with 11k miles or a 2006 Audi S4 Quattro with 35K miles (100K mile warranty)?

I would take the S4, hands down. But I like sportier cars.

I shoot people
just going by the OP's options here... even if it was the GS430 (tho, I'm not sure if the GS430 came with a AWD option)... I'd still go with the S4.

I can only see myself in a Lexus if I'm pushing 50... even then its questionable.

Answering the question at hand, if I wanted a conservative luxury cruiser I would go with the Lexus. If I wanted a sportier, "drivers" car I would go with the S4.

Despite the Haterade bath on the GS330, I have been in one and it's EXCELLENT.
It's a vault. That car with the Levinson system would be an absolute pleasure to ride in.
The question I have is about your motivation. Do you want to drive something or ride in it. Do you want a visceral experience or endless luxury. In the end, these cars are so diametrically opposed that I think it's either or.
Frankly, the G35S isn't in the same class. It's not as nice as the GS nor as fun as the S4.
You can't go wrong with either the GS or S4 in my opinion. I think you'd love both for entirely different reasons.

S4, or get yourself a used 2003 BMW 745I or 750LI/I.
