Congrats again! The more I see it the more I like it
My last 4 cars were all buzzy Japanese cars, I may make a departure and get something with torque next time, this may be on the list now!

Congrats man!
Its an awesome feeling when your name is on your car from the manufacture, mine was on my 05 Mustang I ordered way back in the day. Fortunatly for you the dealer didnt screw you the day it came in.
Enjoy in good health, I know you have been wanting it for a long time

Congrats!!!
I knew before I opened this thread that it was a Challenger. Great choice on color/engine/trans. I'm damn envious! How long you think those rear tires are gonna last?

congrats and welcome to the darkside! A pushrod V8 with a 6-speed manual is really something different you have to experience. The Challenger is one sweet car, the first new Challenger I ever saw was a black R/T at night... absolutely sinister looking. I sadly haven't driven any of the latest 3 muscle car incarnations but based on its architecture I'm sure its one hell of a long haul cruiser, probably the best out of the 3.
You deserve it man, you've been working some nutty hours lately.

looks great, congrats!
I would lower it and have those wheels painted/coated a darker color. Huge bang for the buck.

"Muscle beats import, every time." ...and yes, I did watch that movie.
Unlike the early 70's, good old fashioned American muscle is not long for this world....this time, for good--at least in the form we currently know it. I bought while I still could, and I plan to keep my muscle car for as long as I can.

Wheels...I might stick with the 18's kinda liking them more than I thought. But I might go 20"s...thinking dark bronze for color....everyone thinks I'm nuts for that.

all work and no play
sweet car! I really dig the plain look of the solid colors. Theres a guy in town here that has a bark blue one and I drool over it.
I really dig the retro look that Ford and Dodge came out with, not so much with the Camaro though.
Congrats on your new giant douche ride!

Congrats. I think the Challenger is the best looking retro muscle car to come out recently. I wished Chrysler did more with the interior though, but for the money you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Safety Car
meh, nav is overrated. i could think of better ways to spend 2500 bucks. i have never found myself pricing a car and favoring/justifying nav over something else. not to mention, blackberrys and iphones have it for free.
going navless offers much more rewarding trade-offs. shit, you could almost step up to the car's higher engine version w/o nav... exception would be a luxury 40/45k+ car, then yes, you want the bells and whistles.
guess it really depends where you live....

Nav is easy. Rather than pay the 1500 option I can go on Ebay and pay about 500 for the stock unit and plug and play it myself should I choose to do so. Otherwise...the new pioneers units are sick.

I hear ya'll on the expense of factory nav units. But I've had nav in all of my cars since my 04 TSX and have gotten to a point where going non-nav seems like a step down. Regardless, the Challenger is friggin badass!
