Can this be bought separately?

When I did my buddy's projector retrofit on his Si, the reflectors had to be aimed to extremes in order to unclip them from the headlight housing, and one of the aimers (the plastic slidey part that the aiming screw goes into) got stripped. Now we can't aim the headlight because of it and the cutoff looks terrible as a result.

Can this piece be bought separately? I don't even know if its called an aimer

Or better yet is there a way to fix it somehow, since it seems like we're trying to find the hay in a needle stack....I've googled this with no results so many times.
