Should be the same as a stock Mustang, roush stage 2 is just cosmetics and suspension i think.

Wouldn't that make it slower?

That sucks then better off just spending the extra cash for the stage 3 with the s/c! what would you rather have a 335i convert 300hp or a roush stage 3 convert 430hp because i think they are about the same price?

Depends what your looking for.

Sedate, refined and smooth: BMW

Loud, powerful, Muscle car: Mustang.

Me, I think I'd choose the Mustang. Call me crazy...

I'd go with the 335i hardtop, but I'm biaised. The BMW can be made faster or as fast as the Mustang. Higher resale value...but it all comes down to what you want in the end.

Its hard at that price range because there are alot of awsome cars int that price range. Like the lotus elise, corvette, shelby gt500 but they are imposible to find and a low end porshe which imo would be stupid.

I thought about it and i would go with the stage 3 mustang because of its rarity and power

Not trying to talk against your choice but a Mustang isn't rare. Maybe the mods you will apply to it will make it unique. As for power, it's certainly not everything. A 180hp Lotus Elise will thrill you more than a 430hp Mustang. My .

Well the roush makes it bit more rare i think then a 335i i see alot of them. But as for the elise i think that the handling would be more thrilling but for road use i dont think you would get tired of the torque and the sound from the mustang. But again the lotus handles so well and it looks amazing.

Why not just buy a GT and throw a hellion twin turbo kit on it or even a procharger and save yourself 10k for a tacky body kit that no one cares about or better yet buy a saleen.

Saw a slammed white elise with black rims today...looked and sounded like teh sex.

You really can't go wrong any way you slice it...just depends on what your tastes are.

my dad's friend has a 05 or 06 Stage 2 Roush edition. he takes it to a lot of car shows. the Roush stage 2 isn't cheap ( i think 10 grand with tax and labor by the time they put everything on)
if it was me i'd drop a few more bucks and go for a GT500. trust me in 30 years at Barrett Jackson collectors will go crazy for a GT500.

Are you guys forgetting that this guy is 19 years old? No way in hell I would be able to afford a 335i by myself. I would have bought it by now if I could. At my age I would take a S197 GT before I would take a E46 330Ci.

Personally though, considering your target price range, I would rather get an 03-04 Cobra, pulley, intake, tuned..... and haul ass. A few suspension mods (SVT Cobras handle great stock) and you'll also tear it up on the track.

lotus elise.....

Try fitting in one. Zero room. You better be skinny & short.

I couldn't fit in the seat. I'm not exactly average weight but still I was expecting to at last be able to get in.
