04 TSX windshield wipers?

04 TSX windshield wipers?
My windshield wipers seem to go down past the windshield when working and this causes a bump on the way up and down. Not smooth. Anyway of adjusting them?

I have never heard of anyone having this problem. Try taking a look over in the TSX area of the site.
