To re-build....NO.
To strip and sell for parts....maybe. It seems like the airbags are intact. The interior seems to be in good shape. And the rear body is OK. Maybe you cna make a couple bucks on parts.

I have offered the insurance $1200, and if they accept i'll get it and try to fix it back up, I hope it will be back to about 50% or more to normal driving...

And when you're done with it, nobody is going to buy it from you since it'll have a salvage title...

I've seen people get cars in waaay worst condition for more money.
Good luck with the restoration!
...and hey, if it goes over what the car is worth you can always chaulk it up as a project. Projects are priceless.

Front Left Suspension FIXED, what was replaced.
Transmission Is in very Good Shape, Shift very Smooth and no Slag during shifting, Work like a Champ, I love the Power, Sound of the Exhaust...Deep Tone, reminds me Of My IS300, M3....almost the same.
Engine Perfect-May be I need a TUNE up, Oil replacement [Tranny and Engine]!....Not a single Flaw has been Found yet,
Waiting for the Door from a Member here,
thank you for looking,
H.

Ok. I'm closing this up... It's about a CL, so it should have been posted in the CL forum to begin with. Feel free to post the updates or a introduction thread here:

I don't think so... Salvage means your on your own IIRC.. No warranty work...
