Interior looks so good. I don't think there is really anything Audi is putting out right now I do not like.

Yes, really nice interior. I've never seen a continuous vent across a dash, great looking stitching in the seats, and is that a digital guage cluster?

The portion above the glove compartment is an air diffuser... thought it was fake at first

Yup digital gauge cluster and it's customizable

The aeats are specific to the S4, and the gauge cluster has specific screens for the S, but other than that it is pretty much the same as available in the A4, A5, and very similar to the Q5. It's a great place to spend quality time.

Not to get too off the subject, but I'm a little concerned that Audi is going to touch screens. I love the right mix of capacitive buttons and clickwheel. I suck at touch screens when I drive (wife has the touch screen on her CR-V).

The A8 might get it right, but I hope Audi gets it right across the line.

^ To drift along with you. That's probably my biggest gripe with out Flex. The majority of the 'buttons' for the stereo & A/C are touch buttons. Only the power/volume/fan speed are real buttons/knobs.

To make it worse, they illuminate in white, and switch to amber when activated (on the A/C controls) and are un-readable in amber.

The S4 looks awesome all around. I really wish they kept a manual option for it, otherwise I can't consider it. S3 as well.

It seems it is really pointless to own a "nice" car in the east coast because it will get destroyed in no time.

UGH!! I can relate, my wife's Audi looks just like that... The weather is supposed to finally break this week, into the 40's with rain that will help to clean up all the salt and crap from the streets. Possibly 50 by Sat and then I'm going to take out the hose and wash it!!

I wash my car anytime the weather gets nice. Been in the 30s and 40s with overcast and rainy lately but had one day, this past Saturday, it was sunny and 60s, so took advantage. Back to the 30s and 40s this week.

I really wanna take some pics of my car but I just can't think of or find a nice background where to take take the pics..

^ I should've washed the truck on Saturday, was gorgeous.
Went shooting at the range instead
Going to the ranch this weekend, so the gravel/dirt would've negated the wash. Will have to do the next weekend.

^^Same here.. Due to my schedule next chance I will have to give it a wash will be Sat when the temps will be around 50 with rain. But, I am going to wash it in the rain if I have to in order to get all that salt and crap off.. Because Sunday it's supposed to fall back into the low 30's.. Mid to high 30's when the sun is out is not an issue, but IME below 33 is a pain in the a$$..

Luckily no salt here . Usually it's bug guts or dirt.

One thing I've learned though is I always try to wash it when it is cloudy, if possible, to prevent spotting. If not, I'll wash it and then move it into the garage to dry it.

^ The fortune of hand-washing in the winter!

Subzero temps is where I call it quits on washing cars myself. It's touchless washes during the winter. I know they're not great for any protection on the car, but it's either that or perma-salt.

Here in NY during the winter you can get away with washing it in the sun without worrying about water spots because the sun isn't to hot.. Right now the car can be out in the sun all day and you can put your hand on it and the surface is barely warm. Try that here in the summer and you'll burn your hand.

So once the warmer weather hits it's always washed in the shade or after the sun goes down or it will spot like crazy..

No it's not that great. It gets down into the 50's. 58...59. This is Sonora btw not AZ. The high and low are like 10 degrees apart

Even though I knew we were getting rain today, when I got home last night it was 53 degrees.. So I broke out the hose and gave the wife's SUV a well deserved bath because I couldn't take it anymore.. Since it's raining today it will get dirty again but not as bad as it was since the rain is going to wash a lot of the salt and crap off the streets, and at least it's 60 degrees.. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 38 degrees so going to try and wash it again because by Sunday we're back in the mid 20's. I hate the winter..

Definitely need to do the same. Between the above ranch trip & the ice/sand/salt around Houston this week, mine's a mess.
