the tires have 95-97%tread wear,i have pic of the blemish if you need. the offset is 42 they fit well. I have a 1997 TL

notice he has the older TL which will fit a 42 offset with no problems but if you have a 99TL or older...this will definetly rub!

I have a 7.5 width and it rubs with 42 offset, imagine a 8 width rim...

it depend on how much room you have and the stock off-set. usually you can go up a little but not to much. The older TL's tend to have a deeper wheel wel.
