Preferrably an 07 or 08 year seat in black. However, I think based on my conversation with the dealer that model years 05-08 will work. And if its a different color I'm ok with that as I can have it re-covered.

Thanks for the posting. Where did you see them on ebay? I looked and saw some TL seats for sale but they were for years earlier than 05 - 08, which I don't beleive will fit into the 08 TL.
