What makes you think these will fit a 4G TL?
Those thumbnail pics are way too small. How about full size pic of each wheel.

This is what I post when someone is selling 5X120 wheels, so it may help explain the difference.
Here's some additional information, which is posted to avoid any confusion and to eliminate the need for people asking questions about wheels with 5X120 bolt pattern.
These wheels only fit the following models, because of the 5X120 bolt pattern and larger 14X1.5 studs and mounting holes: 2005+ Acura RL, Odyssey, Honda Ridgeline, and 4G TL, 2007+ Acura MDX, 2009+ Honda Pilot.
Standard 2G RL and 4G TL wheels are 5X120, 17x8 with a +55 offset and 64.1 hub. Thread size 14X1.50
Wheels for 3G TL are 5x114.3, 17x8 with a +45 offset, thread size 12X1.50

I missed answering this question.
Yes they are, and that's the point because these wheels are 5X114, as it says in the thread title.
My previous post might have been a little confusing because I post it in threads selling 5X120 wheels.
I'm sure everyone will eventually learn that 4G TL, 2G RL, and the other veicles listed, use 5X120 instead of the time-honored 5X114 that we are all used to.
The studs are bigger too, so there must be some technical advantage for the change.
