The Shocks are adjustable.... Please view the following Pictures...
I bought them for a 99CL...

The reason I priced them so low is because I bought them used myself... I dont know how old they are.... But I have never used them......
As far as the Camber Kit goes... I dont know what brand they are.... It does not indicate on the box or anywhere.. I bought them brand new a year ago and I dont have the receipt... All I can tell you is they are Adjustable and made to fit a 99CL......
As far as the Wheels go.....both of them are 4 lug universal... It will fit all if not most 4 lug vehicles... I dont know how good the Primax would look on a CL.. but I now the Smoked Chorme 18's would be perfect....
