So i go get an oil change and carwash. At the end of the oild change, the dude tells me he can't close my hood (cause I HAD a CF hood on it and you have to press down hard to hook the latch). So i pushed it down myself although how much they messed around with the latch previously, i have no clue...

long story short, i get on the Highway and my hood smacks into my windsheild...cracks the windshield a bit, hood cracks / bends / scratches in several places. The molding under the hood is breaks.


This was actually the CF hood i purshased on this forum from Veilside CL several years back.

I'll miss that bad boy.

I will in the meantime need to replace the hood so I need to know if any of you Carbon Fiber hooders out there have your orignal for sale.

Color preference would obviously be Cyclone Blue to match my car to avoid a paint job. I belive that is my car color (b 73m-4 from inside the door panel).
