I have the mud guards. They came of from an 05 TL after I got my RJ kit in Sept of 06. They are black no paint. The only thing missing is one bracket for the rears.

Well, the guards are in my garage, but if you need pics now, I can go and take some. But I'll make sure to clean them up really good before send if we get to that point.

I got the type s rear sway bar, that's up upgrade from 17mm to 20mm.
