This unit utilizes an open port in the back of the factory headunit which is otherwise for the OEM external 6-disc CD changer. It is relatively easy to install (you don't need to remove the radio to access the open port).
The sound quality is great and you can use the steering wheel controls to go to the next track. This unit is near MINT. It still has the protective plastic wrapper on the top of the unit!
I upgraded a while back to an aftermarket stereo system and no longer need this. The unit comes with the connector cable and the special iPod cable.
This unit goes for $130 new. I am asking for $80 shipped to anywhere in the U.S. Payment can be made by Paypal or money order. Being a used item, this is being sold AS-IS, however I can ensure you that it was 100% functional the entire time I used it.
This fits 1999-2003 TLs with the OEM headunit, and I believe 2001-2003 CLs.
