I bought a set of Volk Racing Rims from him, there were 3 bends in just one rim! He clearly stated to me in an e-mail that there is no bends in the rims, just "minor" curbage though it was really bad!

I e-mailed him, first completely denied it and was VERY rude, then later admitted that they could be bent once a Forum Administrator got involved to help resolve the dispute (Ron A, thank you for trying, I appreciate the effort) . He promised that if I sent him the receipt that states how much I spent on fixing the rims, he'd send me $50 out of the amount to compensate. I sent him the receipt and he completely started ignoring my e-mails.

I have thoroughly investigated this matter and am awarding the negative feedback.

The bends in the rims could have been overlooked or not noticed before shipment, but there is probably no way they could have been caused during shipment because the wheels were very well packed and it would take a lot of force to bend wheels in more than one place when they were in boxes, and the boxes were not damaged.

The main reason for awarding this feedback is all the problems in trying to communicate with LIPPSTUH by both the buyer and myself, and the length of time involved in finally bringing this matter to a conclusion.

I am firmly convinced that if I had not banned LIPPSTUH from the Black Market, in order to get his attention and force him to reply to me, that it would have taken a lot longer.
