Takeover my lease!
Hi all,
I have a 2003 CLS MT Aegean Blue Pearl with 12000 miles on it. It has Comptech Exhausts, Comptech Sways, Eibach prokit and a factory rear spoiler installed when I first bought it by Marin Acura.
The car has 28 months left on the lease with 27000 miles available. Excellent condition.

Hmmm, take that back. I talked to AHFC and they won't let me transfer the lease, unless the person who wishes to buy it pays the payoff amount. Just for everyone's info, the payoff amount is 26,000.

Hummm.. thats funny. Most companys will let you transfer a lease to another buyer, as long as they agree to the original terms. Thats kinda foolish to pay the pay off, then still ahve the lease payments.
