SSR Wheels for sale

Hey Guys,

I have sold my CL-S. I am selling the following. SSR Comp. wheels in 17x8. These are forged (strong) wheels that are very light (slightly over 14lbs) $275 each, sold as a set of four only, custom fabricated rear strut tower bar/harness bar (requires removal of rear seat) $75., custom fabricated 11/4" trailer hitch receiver that hides under the rear bumbper (perfect for bike racks, etc.) $75.

Email or call 650-520-3191. I will be away thurs. 15th thru Sun.18th, not checking phones or email until Monday. I prefer local buyer, S.F. Bay Area if possible.

Kevin

P.S. If anyone wants everything, I'll make it a sweet deal.

Agean,

I had the hitch fabricated when I first got the car. It is kind of an L shape that has six bolts. Two bolts go through a steel plate that bolts up underneath the car, with the bolts going under the spare tire. The other four bolts go through the rear end of the trunk. If you open your trunk, there is plastic trim piece at the back of trunk that you might put your hand on if you were leaning into the trunk. When you have it installed, you only see a small 11/4" black receiver that sits under the bumper. It does not come out to the edge of the bumper, so you barely notice it, when there is no rack in the receiver. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to a digital camera.

Sorry no. It is more functional than sexy. I was not concerned with looks when I had it fabricated.

Damn, Kevin!!! I just ordered a set of SSR Comps from a local speedshop the week before last. I hope they will be in any day now. I woulda grabbed yours if I knew they were going to be up for sale.

For all you doubting Thomases, here are pix of his wheels. To my knowledge these pix are a few months old.

Kevin, what kind of condition are the SSRs in? There may be someone else in the Sacramento area that is interested in buying them...especially for that asking price!

Hey H@mmerm@n,

A huge THANK YOU to you for posting those for me!!! The wheels are in great shape. I have not had them on the car for a while, so I will need to give them a close inspection, but I believe they are near perfect.

Any pics of the rear strut tower brace? Did you have to cut into lining? Thanks!

Don,
The wheels are priced without tires. Currently the wheels have R compound track tires mounted on them (Kumho victoracers). They are shaved and used once. If you want the tires on their, make it $300. each.

Jeremy
Langjae,

I don't have any pics. If Don's TL (Jeremy) has access to all of the pics of my car that were originally posted, I think there was one or two interior shots that may have shown it somewhat. You don't have to cut anything, but the backseat needs to come out.
