I have had this sitting around for a few years and never got around to installing it. Now, I don't think my aging ears can handle the noise and it's too big for me anyway.

They are brand new, never used, never installed. I purchased it off a buddy of mine who was in the same situation I am in now, he had it sitting around and never got to install it, so now its my turn lol.

I need to get these out of here ASAP. I rather sell locally to NY City and will hand deliver to you if you are within the 5 Boro's, Westchester, Nassau or Northern NJ. If you are further than that we can set-up a pickup near my home.

No offense to you, but YES, sony's subs in particular are poorly regarded in the aftermarket audio scene. They are known to have inflated wattage numbers and performance not equal to that which is advertised.

That said, I own the same model sub myself and it works fine. I got mine as a gift so i'm not complaining. For an amp and sub with box and cage cover, your price is more than fair.

If I were you i would sell the sub and amp separately. You could make more of your money back that way too. As is, you might be losing a lot of potentially interested people because they might want to pick up the sub on a budget and can't afford to buy that amp with it, or they are only interested in the amp and don't see any inherent value in the sub, hence they dont want to pay for the package deal.

Also, it would help if you gave more specific information on the capabilities of the amp. Sub details too.
