Alright boys and girls, Its probably 9.9999/10 you know why? Here's the story: bought it for my gf, she wants the iphone. I put a case on it after 5 minutes i took it out didn't even play with it until i put it on. It hasn't left my ROOM PERIOD. its been in and around my bedroom. that's how new it is.

CLIFFS:

- hasn't left the room

The case: its more of an "overlay" from bestskins ever (i ordered literally 7 skins from them from the past). They're the same as invisible shield without the price tag. used them on my ds, old ipods, iphone, etc. best $10 spent ever. keeps it scratch free.

Headphones: i'll throw in my unused ones from my new iphone instead. if you want bring ur ipod + headfones in and you can get a new set whenever you want from apple. no appointment needed

iphone and ipod headphones look the same to me.. if t hey're not the same you get the old ones.

anyways as long as its under warranty yeah. a few times i didn't even show them my ipod.

itouch as well, you can play music w/o headphones.

nevermind on the iphone headphones, i'll include the opened ipod headfones, my gf isn't even touching it anymore.
