SOLD - FS: PIE HON-3-F/MM (Navi Y adaptor harness)
For sale is a PIE HON-3-F/MM (Navi Y adaptor harness). This can be used with Soundgate, Dension Icelink, Blitzesafe solutions. I thought I needed it for my 05 MDX Touring/Navi install with the PIE X3 solution but I don't.
You will need this harness if you have Navi and plan to add an auxiliary input such as an iPod or DVD.
I will take $20.00 shipped (US only please). PM me with any questions.
Description:
Acura/Honda Navigation radios has posed a problem when adding a CD Changer, Auxiliary input adapter or iPod interfaces to Honda/Acura factory system. That is because the navigation connector must be disconnected in order to connect an aftermarket device. To answer the bell, PIE designed the HON03-F/MM Y-adapter harness. This adapter will allow you to retain the factory navigation and provide a connector for an aftermarket interface. Simply disconnect the Male navigation harness from the radio, and in it's place connect the male harness on the HON03-F/MM, then connect the navigation male plug into one of two female connectors on the Y-adapter and your interface to the other.
