SOLD! FS: Motorola KRZR, Sealed in Box, T-Mobile- DFW?

Brand NEW silver MOTOKRZR K1 for T-Mobile. Sealed in the T-Mobile Box. Asking 165 shipped or 160 in DFW area. Got it as replacement phone from T-Mobile for a MOTORIZR that kept having problems.

Is it brand new or a refurb? I know cingular does refurbs for replacements but not sure about tmobile. Let me know please.

This isn't a refurb. Its a new phone. T-mobile does refurb replacements too but the refurbs they kept sending me to replace my Motorola RIZR were duds so they sent me a new KRZR instead. It comes with a 128MB Micro SD card, charger, battery, earphones, manual, etc, everything thats supposed to be there.
