SOLD! FS: '93 Honda Del Sol Si
I know most of you guys might think this car is a piece of crap but if you've ever drove one (or owned one), you know this car is alot of fun and a blast to drive!
1993 Honda Del Sol Si
-126k
-5 speed
-AC blows ice cold
-Top is perfect
-Everything works great
-Eclipse Flip Down CD player with iPod hook-up and memory stick connection in glove box (both ran)
-K.Sport Complete Coilover Suspension
-AEM Short Ram Intake
Until I bought this and had it shipped up here in May, it spent it's entire life in FL. I am the 3rd owner. This car has never seen snow. It has no rust at all! It was also completely stock. The headunit and both modifications were done professionally...no shortcuts or hack jobs.
I put the stock wheels back on but I can sell it with the Rotas (pictured). I put them on in June shortly after buying the car. They are in perfect shape (no curb rash or scratches) with almost brand new tires (95% tread life left).
The interior is in good shape. It has some dings and dents but overall is in awesome shape (and has never seen snow). The only reason I'm selling it is because I have the chance to own my dream car and I'm not passing it up (S13 Silvia Convertible Conversion) so I cannot afford to keep both.
If you've always wanted to own a clean, rust-free, & adult-driven Del Sol, here's your chance!!!
$5200 OBO with rims
$4800 OBO without rims

It's a USDM 240sx convertible with a JDM turbocharged 4cyl and a JDM front clip. Fully worked and totally custom; and like the Del Sol, you cannot go only by KBB when determining it's value. I invite any critic of my asking price to actually look into what they're going for on a site such as Autotrader.com
You can expect $3000 examples (and cheaper) to have rust, kiddie mods (like bodykits), more miles, and/or owners who used and abused them. My car is clearly not one of those examples.
Besides, I never said the price was firm

Haha nice. Yeah i'm looking into a 240 so I can drop in a sr20det or maybe a rb25det... The RB will fit with some modification, but its possible...
Something else that i'm looking into is a Lex GS300 and getting the 2JZ-GTE in there..
Either way, Free Bump!

I can say from time spent on the 240 boards that the SR swap is preferred for non-track use, everyday use. The RB is better for the track supposedly. Good Luck with your search
