Anything's possible, but I'm not aware of anyone trying installing this on a 3.5l engine yet, besides Comptech, perhaps.

it does "fit"

but the ACM will not hook up right for you. Comptech wired one up properly in a 3.5L Type S, but it didnt show impressive gains. they are going to have to re-tune their ACM and really crack the type-s ECU. so... keep your fingers crossed

if you did however, buy this... you can talk to this guy RYAN(and a bunch of numbers) in Jersey... search, you will find him..... He's done alot of s/c installs, and he seems to be pretty confident in getting this blower to work with a 3.5L ECU

Thanks, I envy myself now

Anyone made up his mind about buying this, yet

Now I understand the asking price is no pocket change but it's an incredible deal for the best possible mod for this car, no?

^Really, what are you getting?

I myself am a proud owner of a GSX-R 750. I higly recommend that machine in case you are considering a Suzuki bike. 600 is too weak at low rpm, a liter bike has to much power, 750 is just right in my opinion.

sorry to hi-jack your thread
but i just recently got into bikes, so i don't think i want anything more than a 600 cc for now. A few friends have been telling me that i'd quickly outgrow that. I have one friend who just got his license about 2 months ago, and he's already considering selling is '03 R6 for a bigger bike.

I love the Gixxers' body, so i was leaning towards the 600, but they are pretty pricey, so i was lookin' to buy a used one. Hopefully, after i become more skilled in my riding, i can bump up to the 750.

free bump on a great price for the S/C

Hey no probs

If I were you I'd save up a bit more and spring for a 750 or an older liter CBR

I gotta admit though, 600 are @#@$ fun, revving the life out of them on the hwy or track is so addictive it should be outlawed.

$3250 is very fair. Brand new MSRP is like $4950, of course we dont all pay that... but the going rate on used s/c is generally $3200 - $3600... And some folks selling used s/c are missing parts... if Actros says its complete.... its complete

3250 is an awesome price. Just spent the last 2 hours on youtube.com to see dynos and vids of the supercharger. Pure hotness! Anybody want to buy a CBR1000RR Repsol so I can get some cash?

^$4-500 seems to be the going rate... With a dyno pull usually.

Good luck George. I take it you sold those TE's?

I was gonna install my blower this weekend, but it's been fucking raining since Thursday. Story of my life.

A lot of folks demand a lower price lol

so

the new price is $3K picked up (NY/NJ). Add shipping if you can't pick up, I'll let you know the actual shipping expense based on your location. If you send payment via PayPal, add 3% Paypal fee as well.

My Paypal address: actrosport@yahoo.com

Thanks

WOW! That is a KILLER deal. I am still surprised the guy in the other thread paid $4,700 for a new one of these when he could have gotten this one and saved $1,500. Unfortunately, my wife would not be pleased with me if I dropped this much money into this instead of putting it into my oldest boy's college fund.... I am certain someone will take you up on this before too long. Hang in there.

^ I agree more pics are coming soon...

I'm also throwing in a few extras, new Goodyear Gatoback supercharger drive belt, new set of Denso iridium spark plugs, new Comptech radiator/coolant hose, custom AEM supercharger intake w/ dryflow filter, Comptech engine oil cap, Comptech High Boost Pulley (8psi) and my modified to Comptech spec AFR.

Locals will also get my R51 battery which is like new. I don't think I'll be able to ship it due to regulations but If I can I will.
