chromoly frame right? where are you located? does it have a gyro? this bike is like 4 years old right?

4130 chromoly with a butted seat tube. Located in Maryland. Does not have a gyro installed, but could easily have one put on. Bike is about 3 years old, yes has sat for the last 2. Its really in perfect shape because it was rarely used, and never used for any serious riding.
