brand new, never used (ultimate procrastinator

)
fits 2nd gen tl, maybe 2nd gen cl too (please check first)
new hard plastic liner and new lighter attachment

is this the whole black piece that surrounds the shifter and goes all the way up to the cupholders?

on the tl, the "ashtray" (below radio and next to the power socket) has a felt liner for coins and what-nots. this insert will replace the felt so you can ash.
