I am selling my rear comptech (the black coated ones...made by Eibach) springs from my 2003 Cl-S. They have about 150k km on them. $50 OBO...I would ship, but I doubt it would be very economical! I live in KW area so GTA isn't too far away and I am gonna be up in GTA in a couple of weekends so we could arrange for pick up.

As far as I know, they should fit. The TL-S and the CL-S both have the same model springs from what I can tell when searching online.

As far as I am aware, they work fine. I'll take some pics of them later today. Just curious as to what springs you will be running in the front?

I might be wrong, but I think you are looking for a full set of springs, front and rear. I just have the rear springs as my front ones broke because of a messed up railway crossing close to my house. Sorry I didn't get a chance to take photos today...was fixing my hydraulic jack to do some brake work, but I messed up a bit and had to spend some extra time fixing it and making sure it works...just remember to make sure you are actually removing the oil fill cap when draining oil in a hydraulic jack, it's no fun when you notice that a few metal bearing are in your drained oil.
BTW, were you referring to a pic with the springs on or a pic of the springs themselves?
In all honesty, I think your best bet would be a set of springs and shocks (not sure if you are running stock shocks or not, but with this drop the OE shocks will wear out quicker and if you are putting in the money and time to do the springs, you may as well do the shocks as well at the same time, rather than having to do them further down the road). I was running Comptech V2 (ie rebadged Eibach ProKit with Koni yellows) Definitely a lot firmer than stock (but not harsh unless the Koni Yellows were dialled to firmest setting), it dropped the front about 2 inches and the rear about 1.7 inches. It got rid of a lot of the wheel gap without looking slammed. Rear wheels were not tucked (unless the Koni Yellows are on the lower perch which lowers car another 0.8 inches). There were some complete sets of Eibach Prokits awhile back (too bad there weren't many when I was looking to replace my broken front springs...ended up going back to stock springs).
HairMonkey019 I am not sure exactly what the spring rates are.

Thanks for your honesty bro. and a pic of both would be nice so i can see wear and tear and how it looks installed in the tl. and does the bottom of the car scrape on speed bumps and stuff with that much lowering?

Sorry for the late reply. Ran into some trouble with the rear pads and rotors and what was supposed to take a few hours took a lot longer than that and ended taking the car to a shop. All is good now.
Wow, when I was looking for a pic to post of car with the drop I noticed how nice and shiny it used to be and how clear the headlights were!

I can't believe how clean the car used to be. Of course that was before kids! Now it doesn't look so clean. That reminds me, I need to wash it tomorrow if the weather is good, the car is filthy right now.

I had the comptech (eibach prokit) on both the front and rear. The front springs broke a few years ago due to some messed up roads around my house. The pics have both the front and rear springs on in them.
