I'm pretty sure AM wasn't offered beyond 04-06 so you may have a hard time finding an 07 lip unless someone painted it.

for lip alone ill pay 230 shipped...all though brand new you can get it for that price ..thing is it doesn't come in this color..with the bumper and lip....ill pay $400?..not sure exactly how much that would run for. i did see someone selling bumper and lip for 350 but wasn't willing to ship.
