Pioneer D3, Diamond 12" D9, Alpine MRD-1005, Custom Double DIN Faceplate

Category: Interior
Price: $750
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Location (State/Prov/Terr): AL

I'm moving to NYC, giving the car to a family member, and parting out the goodies

For sale is essentially my entire audio setup. I'll sell it all together or piece by piece.

Pics are here:

Pioneer D3 w/ Bluetooth Kit and iPod connection. INCLUDES custom black double-din kit for 2001-2003 CL / CL-S
Retail $1,000 for D3, $200 for the double din
Ebay Used Range: $300-$500 for D3, DIN kit not available on ebay
Price $400 for both, $350 for the D3, $100 for the DIN kit

Have two map disks. Plays DVDs, has iPod hookup, good brightness. Been a good headunit for me as I always wanted navi and also appreciate the added control over sound (EQ and high pass filter make a huge difference).

Diamond Audio 12" D9 Subwoofer Dual 4 Ohm 800W / 1600W

Retail: $750
Price $200

This sub is absolutely a monster. The JL gets all the hype, but I've listened to it and prefer the D9 because it sounds tighter and cleaner. Here's a review from ICIX that backs this up (2nd place in listening test, user's choice award):
http://www.icixsound.com/wp/?p=7

I bought this originally from a member on here 3 years ago, it sat in a box for a year while I waited to get my car, and enjoyed it for the last two years.

Alpine MRD-1005 Amp

# 700W x 1 RMS (2ohm, 12.0V, 1% THD+N)
# 700W x 1 RMS (4ohm, 14.4V, 1% THD+N)
# 1.000W x 1 RMS (2ohm, 14.4V, 1% THD+N)

Retail: $400-$500
Price $250

Provides really clean power to the subwoofer. Here's the specs and reviews from crutchfield:

This setup has been very good to me over the last few years. I would say condition is excellent with the exception of the few small scuffs on the sub. Whole system was installed by Mr. Tunes in Ann Arbor, MI and also checked out and professionally removed by that shop. They've assured me that the scuffs on the sub do not effect sound. I also haven't noticed any issues, sound hasn't changed since day one.

I only have one feedback on these forums from buying the D9. I'm at 100% on ebay under macs4life04. Transaction will take place through paypal where I also naturally have some significant feedback. I'm posting this here before ebay because of the rare double DIN kit and the fact that this place has been good to me over the years.

Buyer responsible for actual shipping costs. I don't inflate costs, I'll send you a scan of the receipt. In addition, I have discounted shipping due to the kindness of my employer and their corporate account. I'll sell the entire set for $750 SHIPPED as getting rid of all of this at once would be wonderful.

Will be putting up a thread for the CAI soon, if you are interested, PM me.

All prices are obo.

Thanks for your interest!

Disks are 2007

Also, the amp is ALPINE, not Sony. Not sure why I thought otherwise

mod edit-Sony corrected to Alpine.
