i believe they are just the bulbs....for existing HID systems...

THEY ARE 6OOOK-PHILIPS STAGE TWO BULBS FOR YOUR EXISTING HIDS THAT RUN AT 4300K. WHAT A DIFFERENCE THEY MADE.
