For older TL's
I have 1 Ignitor.

Yes.fit on 02.

Sorry, ballasts are not for sale.
Older ignitor has 3 wires on the clip.
Newer has 4 wire and ground wire plug.
Not sure any other major differences between two, but both ignitor work on newer ballasts.
All items are used, since they were tested to see if they fire up.
