I bought this OEM decklid but unfortunately it was not my color from the picture i thought it was but that's over with now. The place i bought it from won't accept returns. So i am trying to sell it for what i paid for.

I am selling a OEM Decklid for the 3G TL. This will fit any car from 2004-2008. The color is Graphite Pearl (not sure the exact color code). It is meant to be screwed into the trunk, comes with all the hardware BNIB. You will get the OEM box with the hardware and Template, and Decklid (of course). I am looking to sell it for 150.00 Shipped I think Tim can get this for maybe 210 or 250 BNIB.

Finally I know the spoilerstore sells this for less but for those that value oem parts and I personally have an Ebay. That's why i bought this one, and the ebay one is made of rubber. But this one is HARD plastic, one solid piece, very sturdy.

On the the pics. The price is negotiable so shoot me some offers but 150 is a very fair price.

You don't have to screw it in to the bumper but that is what Acura recommends. I have heard of Type S Deck Lids getting stolen by people prying them off.

I got it local from a friend. The reason i can't return it is because it is a special order item.

this is 100% Authentic, to clarify my "story" since d5civic seems to know nothing.

This is a Special order Item, meaning at Rosenthal Acura you must pay for it before they order. My friend knows someone who works there. He has a good discount and could get me a deck lid for 150. So i thought this is a great deal. BUT, the idiot that works there got my color wrong. So now i am stuck with this spoiler that is not my color. Thus the reason i CAN'T RETURN IT.

This is a legit sell. I have 650 more post than the guy attempting to kill my thread.

I am ready to ship this.

 

let's get something straight here buddy, my post count has nothing to do anything. I in no way tried to call you a scammer.

The spoiler you're selling is an OEM one, i never said it being a fake.

I asked you twice about where you got it from and you ignored it. I then post up links and all of a sudden it caught your attention.

you state you got it from a place

then you state the PICTURE did not look like what you thought it was. a special order item has no picture.

Then you state you got it from a friend.

Now you PM me stating you got it from a friend of a friend by special order from a dealership. If that were true, the dealership has to replace what they got for you since it was not what you requested in the first place.

I was just looking out for fellow members, because I've been talking to that ebay seller for a while.

He's selling the same spoiler as you, the box looks pretty much identical with the numbers on there (not the part numbers), he also only has that color and polished in stock and the seller also does not accept returns and he also sold some roughly around 10/27 with an estimated shipping of 5 business days. I just put 2 and 2 together.

don't pm me cussing and calling me out and state how much more post you have more than me.

I was interested and tried to get an answer from you. I don't see that i did anything wrong.

You guys really upset sandals so bad that he had to send me 3 PM's, and then make a Bad Post Report.

And if that wasn't bad enough, he made 48 count them 48 crap posts in 48 threads, which caused me a lot of extra work deleting them, so I'll be letting him know that it doesn't pay to do things like that.

For what he did, I'm closing the thread, but it looks like it did get out of hand.


Edit add: This smells kind of fishy to me, so I am checking it out with sandals, and asking for a receipt from the dealer he said he bought it from.
