For sale is a used (and only used because I took it out of the plastic once and then sealed it back up) OEM 3G Acura TL Hood Insulator. This will fit any base model 2004-2008 Acura TL. I purchased this directly from my dealer for $117 and then ended up not needing it as I sold the car. These pop right in, only takes a couple minutes to install, and makes your engine bay look nice and clean while reducing engine noise. The cheapest these can be purchased for online is $87 not including shipping.
