my car for sale.
its time that i think about saving up for a house so im interested in selling the car....and NO im not going to an IS300....some kind of sport utility probably....but anyways...
my car, is it says in my signature is a 2002 CL Type S, Nighthawk Black Pearl with Ebony interior. It has OEM spashgaurds, all-season mats.
My car has never had a tranny problem whatsoever. I have the original tranny and it operates normally.
The 2002 model, for those that dont know, has the better, redesigned side mirrors with the blue tint, updated keyless entry FOB, the thicker sunroof glass, and more sound insulation throughout than the 2001.
the car currently has 11,850 miles on it.
In addition, the car has factory tires with 17" Mille Miglia EVO5 wheels on it. The wheels are in great shape. one rim has a slight scratch on lip, the other 3 are perfect. The tires are in excellent shape, no uneven wear or nails or plugs of any kind.
Also, the car has OBX Stainless Steel headers, Comptech Sport Springs, 20% window tint on all windows besides front windshield, Infinity Basslink subwoofer with Remote Gain Control.
The car is ALWAYS garaged, at home and at work.
The car has been in the dealer for MANY typical rattles, it does not have any obnoxious rattling because i got them all fixed. Car has been serviced and babied since i bought it. It was bought brand new by me on Feb 28th, 2002.
The front bumper needs to be repainted, there was an incident in May where i got nudged in a parking lot and my bumper got scratched, when the front liscense plate is on, 90% of the damage is concealed as it is mostly in the exact "nose" of the bumper so if you intend on keeping the front plate on, its hardly noticable as most of the damage is behind the plate bracket. I have been quoted $350 for a repaint of the bumper from a very reputable shop here in Milwaukee.
The hood has a hairline scratch on it that is about 12" long that can be seen when parked in direct sunlight. The rest of the body is perfect.
The interior is 100% perfect.
I am willing to part out the mods if noone is interested in the package AS-IS
I am intending on keeping the Infinity Basslink for myself
I cannot sell the wheels seperately because i do not have factory wheels anymore.
AS-IS, with all mods except Basslink, i am starting my price at $26,500 OBO
If mods come off, price can ge adjusted accordingly.
Otherwise, it will be sold as-is. If buyer wants to have the bumper painted, it will have to be negotiated. as a note, the front end nose mask looks cool as hell on the black car, it covers all damage, and it protects the rest of the bumper, and front of the hood. I did not intend on getting the bumper painted at all, at least for awhile.
My car seems to be on the quicker side of the spectrum of automatic CL-S considering my limited performance mods. With only my mods listed, i have run a 14.3@99 1/4 mile. The car has been to the track only twice.
