I am actually looking for someone in Los Angeles or Orange County area because I don't want to bother with dismounting and packing and shipping. Someone that can just go to the shop with me, hoist up both cars and do an easy swap. I will only want $400 for all for rims with tires (one of which is fresh). If anyone is willing to do this with me, please let me know.

well of course it would be swap and $400 ...
i was actually thinking someone with 99-01 tl would make the deal cuz i think your rims look nice. let me know either way.
