Michelin mxm4 245/50R17 tires RL OEM
I've got the original tires from my RL with 10K miles on them sitting in my basement and $100 takes away all 4. They've been off-rim for about 2 years now but stored in a dry, heated environment. Wear is minimal.
Minneapolis/St. Paul area preferred, but I'll ship if you'll pay.

tires in decent shape? no balance problems? cuts? I just bought an RL and previous owner had "curbing" problems, which actually took chunks out of a few tires. I know the tires are not the greatest rating (oem), but I am looking to get through the winter and get summer wheels next year.

They are, to my knowledge, in great shape. I bought the car with 8000 miles on it in 2007 and took the tires off about 2000 miles later when I put on some Ron Jon Legends and put winter tires on the old rims. When they were on I never saw any hits of prior mistreatment, and looking at them now I don't see anything aside from a little dirt.

I knew there was just about zero chance of my finding a MSP area buyer, but I fear the shipping will be a real nightmare. Casual browsing shows I can make it to 44420 for about $80 and to 07109 for $90, but I'd be open to cheaper options.
Ideally you just show up at my house with 5 twenties and a van we can toss them into, but since that's no looking so likely I suppose shipping seems the way to go.
How does one usually work this so that neither side is overexposed risk-wise? Do folks bother with escrow services or does one just count on excommunication from the brotherhood of Acura as sufficient deterrent?
