There are several issues with the items I purchased. Actually a laundry list. I am going to try to work things out with Xoulu with out getting other parties involved. I just want this problem to be resolved quickly and professionally.

As far as the box goes....I believe it. Last nite I found a trace of the original P2R printed packing tape on the box. I had a dinner to attend last nite and dont tend to post on the net after having a few cocktails...plus my camera was in my office when I went to look for it last nite as I loaned it to our webmaster a while ago. Have it in my hand now...and brought the parts to work with me to get pics in a good light. Most of the light in my home in ambient and not real bright. This is all flourescent....so stuff will show better.

Cant believe a company like P2R would friggin use an old Pillsbury box to ship in....doesnt exactly make a good impression. But hey....they didnt ask me.

I have to submit a bid here at work real quick...then I will get to the picture taking, get them uploaded to my p-bucket account, and get them posted here shortly!!!!

It will show the nicks on the mating surfaces. Also....did you lose a Winnie the Poo binkie holder? Cause thats ALSO in the box....I have no kids...am around no kids....and havent had kids in my house....so it didnt come from me? At least thats what I am being told it is anyway....its a Winnie the Poo clip deal with an elastic band attached to it. I will also show that as well...lol. Maybe somebody will recognize it...lol.

Hey Xoulu, I purchased the STOCK diameter UR pulley from you but when I installed it, it needed a shorter belt. What gives!!! I assume it's the underdrive. Can you explain this.

Part# 12.06.114.12 -Crank Pulley (Ultra SC) is the part # sir for the stock lightweight supercharger application. Oddly enough I happen to have one of those UR boxes thats empty in my office on top of my computer hutch so I looked at it.

As an update to the problem with the items I purchased. So far Xoulu is being very understanding. Things seem to be going smoothly and hopefully all will end on a high note.

hey Xoulu, man after seeing this thread I aint gonna sell anything on Acurazine....

Hey Benz come on man, cut this kid a little slack.....nice guy.....just getting screwed from all sides....post some pix and go easy on the kid.....

I got the motor mounts and they were packed good....i got them in original Innovative packaging.

Now its my turn to BITCH a little LOL....

The package says all mounting hardware is included but dude all that was in there is 2 nuts and 2 bolts .....I bet there has to be a little more hardware to it....

Anyone here has innovative mounts and can confirm what all comes in the box???

What I got was:
3 mounts
1 bracket
2 nuts and 2 bolts

Thanks for the quick shipping.....i got it 3 days back but I was just procrastinating posting this

What you got was all that comes with the motor mounts. I can confirm that as I just looked at my own about twelve hours ago.

As far as the pics....I have been trying keep from posting them on here as he has already taken care of me. He refunded my money via paypal which is currently still processing and not come through totally yet...but that takes some time depending on how it was funded to clear. I was waiting for the funds to show cleared and funded on my side before I posted this though...but since you seem so interested...there ya go.

Now as far as me taking it easy....when you wait a month for a part and get let down....I will take your advise. Fact is....about anybody else with issues rode on my shirt tails on this....including the dude above that got his issues worked out that was PMing me nonstop....so know whats happening here dude. Its called...shake the beehive....watch the strongest bee come out...and somehow remedy the ills of the others at the same time so they dont have to seem like the bad guy by having to get aggressive whatsover. Its all good. Soon as the return is fully processed by paypal....his parts are going back to him AT MY EXPENSE as agreed by myself above.

BTW>since you came along about LAST here in the line of purchasing...dont you think you got yours fast because he sent them another method? Duh. Possibly Priority Mail instead of Parcel Post? Three days sounds a lot like PM to me.

Ask enough and I guess you shall receive. While I am not going to post all friggin 30 some odd pictures I have...I will post a few so you can get the flavor of what I am saying here...cool? Enough to prove my case and provide evidence to any doubters...

First...the box: Pilsbury...as I stated...

Here is the extra no charge binkie holder I got with the shipment in the box....anybody recognize this bad boy?

Here is a few basic damage shots so you get the flavor:

Here is evidence that they have been previously installed (used part) if you didnt notice anything prior:

Not sure what exactly will show on the net in comparison to real life seeing it. Being its a shiney piece it is easy to get too much light shining off the part to see some of it.

Hopefully this makes the curious satisfied. I just dont want to go whoring up this thread with thirty some odd shots of the same damn thing. Damage of a used part.

What hardware are you seeking? The rest of the stuff is reused from what you take off. But I can reconfirm and if you wish you can call Performance Driven LLC who has my car right now installing these (too damn cold to work outside myself)....in fact...that is all that comes with the mounts (I got mine on the original group buy long ago) is three mounts...the billet piece....and two bolts and nuts. I literally just looked at these before I dropped my car off....so I am 100% sure about what I am telling you. Its all there.

Thats all good...but frankly has nothing to do with me whatsoever. Good luck! I have everything packed up (used some bubble wrap so no further damage will occur) and ready to go but your refund still hasnt cleared paypal yet to my account but does show its "processing". Soon as it does...its off in the mail and I will send you the tracking numbers here on AZ. My guess...it will clear the first of the week.

Heres what P2R had to say

"I see a little jug in this picture

http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i1...e/DSC00417.jpg

that looks like It could of happened in shipping, but I wrap each individually in plastic.

In either case, since it’s so old, and it’s been shipped twice, I can’t refund it obviously; however, if they send it to me, I will fly cut it to remove any scratches, and will also touch up that area without any charge. But to be honest, those little marks will not affect the way they perform.

And the dark spot shown here

http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i1...e/DSC00398.jpg

Is just because the polisher sat in one spot for to long, but it just affects the color of the surface, and not the texture of it."

Again....doesnt have anything to do with me. Not sure why you continue to post about it? They will soon be on their way back to you my friend....

Do you think you are going to talk me into keeping these or something? Not gonna happen. I didnt buy something to ship it back to the processor to be fixed. That will be your job when you get them back I guess.

You refund still is showing that it is processing as of about fifteen minutes ago. My guess is...it will show complete and cleared by tomorrow and these will be on their way to you same day.

Ok....your refund has cleared to the credit card company. I am sending your item back right now same method it came here by. I did pack the parts in some additional bubble wrap to prevent any further shipping damage.

USPS Delivery Confirmation# 9102 8052 1368 3044 5313 77

Shipped parcel post on 1-8-09

Stated shipping time was 12 days.

Cost of the return postage :$14.03 (loss to me basically)

Good luck!

I do want to thank you for refunding my money. The items should be back to you in a few weeks.

So we can conclude from this that xoulu is honest but a very poor shipper of parts.

Is anyone else waiting for anything that hasn't been confirmed as shipped and also has not been received in a reasonable amount of time?
