LED Fog/Daytime Running Light Bulbs 9006 5000K, 102 SMD LEDs
Had them in my 04 TL for a couple months, nothing is wrong with them, I am just using LED strips in my lights now instead. These do not require resistors or a heat sink or anything, they are not as super bright as the expensive LEDs, but they work great as DRLs, I had them wired in with an automatic DRL harness from Amazon. $12 shipped anywhere in the continental USA

Yep, they work on 12V so nothing else required. You can either plug em in to the factory harness or wire up a DRL harness like I did.
