My TL type s was unfortunately totaled in an accident three weeks ago. I pulled a lot of items off it after the accident. I am getting an Audi Q5 so I will not need these items anymore. I am selling them for the prices listed below but am willing to negotiate a little if you have a reasonable offer. Pay through paypal. Prices don't include shipping. Trunk Tray - $45 - lean, good as new
All weather mats - $80 - clean, good as new
Car Cover - $75 - the cover has been used on my car for almost two years. Its a bit worn with a few patches but still provides protection if your looking for it. I would recommend running it through one of those big washing machines to get any pollen out of it.
Nav DVD ver 4.73 - $100 white disc. this is the dvd I upgraded to last spring.
Nav DVD ver 4.55 - $30 white disc. my original nav dvd when i bought the car
Peripheral ipod unit with the type s harness for nav traffic - $100 the end of the small clip that holds the harness into the xm receiver broke off. This does not affect the functionality nor will it come out. Just when you want to take it out (if ever) just use a screw driver to push down on the little clip. I do not have the 15 foot 5V cable as I left that in the car. Its only worth $27 from uncald on his group buy page and was not worth the 2 hours of dismantling it would have taken to get it out. I have the original 12V cable but if you have a type s you'll need the longer one.

Whats your zip code. Let me check on the shipping cost for the trunk tray since its big before I let you know on that. The coin holder is oem and sells for $17+ at the dealer. I'll give it to you for $8 + shipping which shouldn't be much for such a small object.

 

can you post pics of the all weather floor mats? how much do they go for retail? how much to ship to 60069?

The mats run 105 plus shipping new. Mine are in really good condition. I'll have to check on the shipping tomorrow. I have to go to the UPS store and find out because their an odd size weight. So i'll let you know soon.

Everyone, thanks for your requests. Unfortunately the insurance company is taking possession of the car and I was only able to take the things I listed above. I'm not sure how much you could buy the car off of the insurance company for. There are still quite a few good parts on the car that would sell. I am going in to flight training this upcoming week so I really don't have the time to go after it.

I have to check on shipping costs for the bigger items tomorrow with ups/fed ex then I can let most of you know what the costs will be.

It is OEM and I've used it for two years. There were some small rips after two winters that I have either patched or sewed. It will still protect your car just like its supposed to.



I dont have any of it on the car recently and I don't have a car to put it on now but here is a picture from a while back.


As for shipping. On the small items that I can fit in to post office flat rate boxes It will be $4.85. I can fit the nav dvds, peripheral unit and harness, and change holder in these boxes. For the car cover I can get a box to fit it for $5.76 and ship UPS ground to your address for whatever UPS charges. The floor mats can fit in a box that is $7.50 and then the shipping charge that UPS ground charges to get to your house. As for the trunk tray, because of its size when rolled up and the cost of the box it is not cost feasible to ship it when a vendor sells it for $45 plus shipping so I am only going to sell that locally.

If you all are still interested let me know and we can get this stuff shipped quickly.

Sorry I dont have access to the navi or the wheels. The insurance company already took the car. I am getting paid 30,020 plus 1851 for taxes. The collision was a front right impact.

I realized I have my second key fob and spare key from my car. Both were never ever used. If someone is looking for a spare key I can sell it to you. I am pretty sure that the new owner can reprogram the key to the car. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm thinking $45 for both of them shipped. Let me know.

I also have a kbp but is it just me or is that insurance payout high! I wouldn't have expected that much, especially since trade-in or selling to carmax only gets you mid to low 20s (we sold one of our 2 KBPs to car max last December and they only gave us 24k for stock car lol)

 

My car only had 18800 miles on it. That probably helped the price. USAA paid me the market value of the car, not the trade in value. That value is actually after my 500 dollar deductible so the market value was a bit higher.

 

I have a question, my car is 06 and when I bought it, I didn't get the key fob. Will this work on my car and would the key need to be cut to be used on my car. Thanks

 

no the 07 & 08 TL Keys won't work on a 04-06. now if you find a 07-08 key that is milled for you vehicle, than it would work. I had a 06 TL with the milled key and it worked, before I traded it in for a 07 TL Type S

I bought mine off of e-bay for about $100.00 and had a lock smith cut/program it for about 30.00, but you might also want to check the black market. I think I saw one on there before. I don't know if this guy still does them or not http://www.switchbladekeys.com I ment to say I had a 06 TL and I traded it in for a 08 Ford Truck and after a year I went back to a TL.

It looks like both of these keys are cut to fit your car, so how would the next buyer be able to use them?

 

Good point. I was not sure if the keys were cut identical for each car and only the chips inside them were different or not. So I can't really sell the keys. Thanks for the heads-up. I appreciate it.

 

I don't have the little plastic cover that goes over front of the navi if that is what you are referencing. Sorry.
