I'm interested. I just bought a 99 TL and I think the mirror is going. Does this fit on the piece that's mounted on the window? My car is in the shop and I haven't had a chance to look at it closely. Is the mirror fully functional?

Yes, it will fit in the piece that's mounted in the windshield. The mirrior was in perfect working condition, it just has been storage for a few months in my garage. Let me know if you have any other question.
